Avant-Garde Foster Family Agency is a private non-profit community service agency dedicated to improving the quality of life for children in foster care.
We are a small-sized agency, allowing our case workers to make frequent home visits. Because of this, our foster families and kids get the attention they need to thrive.
Founded as a family endeavor in 2003, Avant-Garde is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 organization. We hold the distinction of a three-year CARF accreditation, signifying our commitment to excellence toward the people we serve.
Now serving the communities of Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange counties under the leadership of Greg Estravit and staff.
Our Mission
Our mission is to serve the individualized needs of children in foster care through the recruitment, training, and equipping of quality resource parents. We are caring and compassionate social workers and staff, committed to the well-being of the entire foster family unit. We provide support, counseling, and mediation that brings healing and hope.
